including sui generis rights and neighbouring rights, are examined. These
alternatives advocate for a balanced approach that fosters innovation while
safeguarding human contributors. Through the comparative analysis and
policy-driven recommendations, the book is an essential resource for academics,
legal professionals, and policymakers seeking to navigate the evolving
intersection of AI and copyright law.
